These are the primary reasons we offer website maintenance and hosting.

We’ve had clients who think they have secure, top-of-the-line hosting for their website when in actuallity, their website was simply one out of thousands jammed on a single server.  Where your website is open to potential malware and hacks because a website on the same server isn’t maintained or is hacked. Clients think that when they call their provider, that the provider knows who they are. That they are watching over their website 24/7/365 when in truth, that’s never the case.

Hosting companies are only out to make money by storing and allowing browsers to render your website when a visitor calls on it.

Getting someone on the phone at these companies is a trial in of itself.

We take security very seriously. We use a boutique hosting provider who takes security of their servers just as seriously if not more.

Part of maintenance is backing up and making sure all your plugins, themes, and WordPress core files are up-to-date. This is important as code does need maintenance for security reasons, primarily. And if the worst case happens, we have a backup that we can revert to.
