SEO Service AgreementThis SEO Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the date of when payment is submitted by this form, by and between Cymatics, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”) and you as the client (hereinafter referred to as “Client”).
1. Services Provided Cymatics, Inc. agrees to provide the following SEO services on an ongoing basis:
1.1. On-Page SEO Optimization Analysis and optimization of website content, meta descriptions, title tags, headers, and internal links. 1.2. Google Business Profile Optimization Ongoing management and updates to the Google Business Profile, including posts and photos. Lemah Creek Naturals is responsible for all review responses.
1.3. Technical SEO Optimization Website speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, crawling, indexing, and resolving technical errors that impact SEO performance.
1.4. Keyword Research Monthly review of target keywords and ongoing research of new opportunities to improve rankings.
1.5. Schema Integration Implementation of schema markup to enhance search engine visibility and improve rich snippet opportunities.
1.6. Sitemap Updates to Google Search Console Regular updates and submission of the sitemap to Google Search Console to ensure optimal indexing.
2. Deliverables
Cymatics, Inc. will provide the following report each month that includes:
Google Analytics Report: Overview of traffic, sessions, users, and engagement metrics.
Google Search Console Report: Insights on search performance, clicks, impressions, and indexing status.
Google Business Profile Report: Monthly activity report, including interactions and visibility.
Google Ads Report (if applicable): Summary of performance, budget, and ROI metrics for any running ad campaigns.
3. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Provide the Service Provider with access to their website, hosting, and domain registrar as needed to perform the SEO services.
Maintain ownership and responsibility for all content on the website.
Allow the Service Provider to access required tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, and Google Ads (or any social media channels, as needed).
4. Payment Terms
The Client agrees to pay $150 every 30 days for the ongoing SEO services. Payments are due on the monthly schedule from when first payment is made.
The term of this contract is 12 months. After the initial 12-month term, the contract will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless canceled in accordance with the terms outlined below.
4a. Cancellation Policy:
The Client may cancel this agreement after the initial 12 months by providing written notice at least 30 days prior to the cancellation date. If the Client cancels before the end of the initial 12-month term, Cymatics, Inc. reserves the right to charge the Client's credit card for the remaining balance of the contract.
Upon cancellation, Cymatics, Inc. may remove any SEO elements, optimizations, or customizations that were made during the contract period, including the SEO pixel, which may affect the site’s performance.
5. Performance and Guarantees
The Client acknowledges and agrees that Cymatics, Inc. does not guarantee that the Client's website will achieve a #1 ranking in Google or other search engines. SEO results are dependent on several factors, including: The competitiveness and difficulty of the target keywords. The amount of content published and its quality. The age and authority of the website. The status of any Google penalties or manual actions imposed on the website. While the Service Provider will work diligently to achieve first-page rankings and improve overall search visibility, the time required for ranking improvements may vary. Cymatics, Inc also reserves the right to hire, vetted 3rd party experts to help with various parts of the SEO strategy. If the client brings on any other SEO service provider, Cymatics, Inc is not liable for any damage that these 3rd party providers might do to your website, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, or any other accounts (social) that are part or become part of the SEO strategy, or rankings.
6. Modification of Services and Pricing
Cymatics, Inc. reserves the right to modify the scope of services and pricing as necessary. If there is a change in pricing or services, the Client will be notified in writing at least 30 days in advance.
7. Miscellaneous
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, and understandings of any kind.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Illinois.
Any changes to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
