You:

You have the authority to enter into this contract on behalf of yourself, your company or your organization.

If needed, you’ll give us the assets and information we tell you we need to complete the project. You’ll do this when we ask and provide it in the formats we ask for.

If needed, to provide Cymatics, Inc. with access to its website for creating new pages, and making changes for the purpose of providing SEO Services.

To provide Cymatics, Inc. access to their Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Business Profile, and any other accounts needed to provide SEO services, providing active user name / password combinations, if needed.

Timeline:
The first month includes the items listed in the SET Up, to identify all the technical errors and get you set up with all the proper tools and tracking.

After the first month, you will need to sign up for one of the On-Going SEO Plans for monthly services that include:
On-page, Off-page, Technical cleanup, Content creation/publication and consolidation.

Cancelation & Payment:
You can cancel at any time and pay at the beginning of each month.

Reporting:
We also build out custom dashboards in Google Data Studio(Looker) to provide quarterly or monthly reports depending on your preference.

Extra Communication/Support:
We charge additionally for calls after month 2 at a rate of $80/hr when there are more than 4 calls a month. these fees can be applied to your Time Block purchase.
