Challenge
The clients website was extremely out of date and didn’t have a cohesive look, it was using a the incorrect logo that the previous developer decided to use without regard of what the client wanted. Client wanted a website that displayed their current look and services.
Solution
We created new logo graphic design files for the client to use. Modified their new patient forms to be editable. Organized his existing content to fill 20 pages rather than over 50. We also added a plugin to handle his testimonials including developing a page for the client to email to his happy customers for their feedback. The form is also attached to the home page and on it’s own separate page which can be emailed.
Website Development
Updated design of a local dentist office
We wanted to make sure that the client’s location, phone number, email, and office hours are prominently displayed on each page.
Worked on creating a comprehensive and unified look to the website. We offered free SEO keyword optimization to the site and after about 8 months of work, the site was ranking in Google’s map pack.
Update
After 3 years, the owner of the business hired another agency to redesign and have taken over the maintenance of the site. After this transition, the business has lost their rankings in the map pack.
